One on one counselling is tailored to the specific needs of an individual. It allows individuals to find meaning through exploring their emotions and feelings and working through tough situations. We work together with individuals, families and couples in developing coping techniques to support them with their mental health and well being. We use a variety of modalities and interventions based on client needs, including cognitive- behavioural interventions, mindfulness, solution-focused and narrative approaches to assist clients in creating healthy coping strategies.
