When human beings’ experience severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My passion is bringing peace to people who have roadblocks in different areas of their lives. I help my clients, which include children, adults, couples and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves at their highest potential.

I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, so I have been trained in a range of modalities. I tailor treatment to meet my client’s unique needs. I work from a client-centred foundation and integrate various evidence based treatment approaches. My goal is to give my clients the quickest relief possible which means I provide immediate feedback, tasks to focus on in between sessions and tools to learn coping skills. Nothing makes me happier than helping my clients feel better about themselves.

My education and experience is colored with a wide variety of opportunities working with a diverse population that deeply influence my work with people. I have worked in different settings including schools, hospitals, community mental health settings, and private clinics, and this has helped me connect with people at different walks of life.

I want to be a breath of fresh air for my clients. I value providing a supportive, non-judgemental and collaborative style to develop a safe space for clients to work toward their goals. Together, we will collaborate to create meaningful changes to your life.
