I strongly believe that you have the inner strength, resilience, and capacity to transform your life in a meaningful way. Hence, I am keen to work with you from a holistic and culturally competent framework to improve your mental health and wellness.

As a therapist, I use a range of therapeutic modalities which includes Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution- Focused Therapy and Mindfulness from a strengths-based perspective and a Trauma Informed lens while working with youth, adults, and families.

I have over five years of experience in providing client-centered services in a mental health Agency, Child Protection services, and Settlement Agencies. My experience in the field have strengthened my understanding of the anti oppressive framework in the light of social justice advocacy and the rights of the client. I am a strong advocate for social justice and diversity with a strong desire to participate in personal and systematic change through my professional experience.

I am also adept at providing therapy in multiple languages that include English, Balochi and Urdu. My narrative approach infused with culturally appropriate knowledge is a powerful tool that allows me to connect with you in working towards the process of healing.
